Love the staff at Scotts. Rachel in the front was kind and helpful, explained things thoroughly. Tyler is always going the extra mile for us. He has given us loaner vehicles, worked to get parts in a timely manner and is great at walking us through the estimates and helping us understand the critical needs versus manufacturer recommendations. And I love Randy who is always willing to take give me a ride home while my car is in the shop.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who absolutely hates going to an auto shop. It's an awful feeling... waiting for hours, waiting some more, and then finally some overly chipper kid that looks like he's fresh out of high school comes around with your keys, ready to try to convince you that your car will certainly explode within the next 12 days unless you pay them about half a trillion dollars. Well, this place isn't like that! In fact, I left a traditional auto shop that couldn't fix my issue (dragging my splash guard under the center of the car) for no less than $350... Scott's Peoria Auto got me in and out for less than $5 and less than 5min! It's absolutely amazing to go to an auto shop and not feel like I'm about to be forcefully taken advantage of and raked over the coals a few times. I highly recommend this place

Can't say enough about the staff at Tech One (soon to be changed to Scott's). We have been coming here for about 3 years and have received top notch and honest service from Tyler and Logan as well. Do not hesitate to get an honest quote here- not always the cheapest, but they stand behind their work. Great team!!
