Honest shop that is very thorough in their diagnosis of your vehicle. Unfortunately had bad news but they did their best to soften the financial pain in fixing my car. These guys don't give on a car issue until it is fixed! Appreciate Fred (the owner) and especially Tyler for their time and attention. Kristy and the rest of the staff are always friendly. After driving our rental car for a week, we noticed a low-light warning when were were near this business. We stopped in. Owner, Fred was there and he was very helpful. He looked at the tire and said it was obvious that someone had had a previous flat with the tire and had driven on it. He showed us the damage. We were grateful for his advice and help; we were able to get the car replaced before venturing on to our next destination. Good, caring people! Ty, Fred. Sorry for the delay in writing. We had our vehicle in for service in December 27th. We originally took it in on December 24th. They were incredibly busy with everyone needing their vehicles for the holiday. They were unable to fit us in, but offered to provide us with a free loaner until after the holiday. There was some confusion afterward about what had or had not been done to the vehicle. Rather than contest the charges, they refunded every dime. I live in Washington state. I'm wishing these guys were a lot closer. Excellent service and the best staff... Tyler, you're a rockstar. I go here because their work is top notch. The work is guaranteed, and the will never try to sell you something you don't need. They have the highest level of integrity I have seen in an auto repair business. Women need not fear they are being taken advantage of.

I just moved states away from home, and am finally I'm the thralls of adulting. When my car broke down, I was terrified! Never once have I been to a mechanic and id heard horror stories growing up. This place is HEAVEN! I was able to drop off my car after hours, and got a phone call from Lance Roberts that eased all of my fears and confusion. He worked with me to find a fix that I could afford, and never once made me feel out of my depth. When I went to pick it up, he was the one behind the counter and I felt so blessed to have interacted with him! Got in my car and cried tears of relief and happiness because I was treated so well! I'll be coming back time and time again, and recommending them to everyone I meet! Thank you Tech Auto for making my whole week! If you're looking for a place to go look no further!
