The staff was pleasant and personable. It took them no time to figure out the problem. The repair was a reasonable price, with a three year warranty. They w as so helpful and knowledgeable. They had no problem provided me a ride home and back to the establishment. Tyler handled my transaction quickly and effeciently.

Everyone at Tech 1 Auto was very professional and courteous. I never really leave reviews but felt compelled to in this case. They were clear in communicating with me all of their maintenance findings with regard to my car, and never tried to sell me on a service that I didn’t actually need. Probably the best auto shop I’ve taken my vehicle to yet. Trust is an essential piece of the puzzle when dealing with car repair shops, especially for someone like myself who knows the bare minimum about auto repair and maintenance (can do my own oil changes and replace air filters and some lights but that’s where the knowledge stops). Tech 1 Auto has certainly earned my trust and they will be my go to shop for general automotive maintenance while I’m living in the Phoenix area. You’ll be disappointed if you’re expecting quick stop oil change prices, but you get what you pay for in terms of having well trained, truly knowledgeable technicians and service advisors. Thanks to Tyler and the rest of the staff for treating me and my car with respect and care. I’ll see you in about 5,000 miles!

I have never used an Independent shop in my life because I've always Worked for dealerships. What a GREAT shop! Tyler was the only one in the office when I walked in. Warm smile, good eye contact. Good communication throughout the process. Fantastic personality for working with people. He went out of his way to find a matching tire for my GMC.Ownership and employees are honest. Both our vehicles were done on time and right on the money. I will be bringing my truck back soon. Highly recommend 👌
