The shop owns up to their mistakes and makes it right if they install a bad starter. Anybody who is able to own up to their mistakes and rectify a situation is a ok person.

I purchased a starter and several other services through them. The starter went bad in three months. They said it was under warranty and offered to replace it. They replaced it and the 2nd starter went bad after three months. Im stranded without a vehicle and I do not trust them to work on my car. The third time my starter went bad my van started overheating. This was after a thorough inspection and oil checks.

I’ve used Tech-1 for a number of years now. They service all 3 of our vehicles and NEVER try to sell you a repair you don’t need. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. When I have questions about a repair, such as getting new struts on our Camry, they take the time to explain why the repair is needed and if there are any options. Tech-1 is one of the best repair shops in the valley.

I can't even find the words to describe how amazing this establishment is. Krista listened to my exact needs/concerns and was able to relay that to Tyler so when I received the call back everything was addressed. Tyler's communication throughout the process was above and beyond. The technician was even able to diagnose problems that two other shops could not. We have never felt safer putting our kids in the vehicle. We left feeling more like we had just left a family gathering than a repair shop, and for me that speaks volumes.
