We bought a 2015 GMC that had a repaired front fender and could not get the dealer to accept the warranty because of it. Fred at Tech 1 Auto took it to the dealer for us and got it repaired at not cost to us. After the first fix we had new problems. Fred took it back to the dealer and got them to fix what they broke. This is the place for auto repairs! My car had an odd thing happening sporadically. Instead of throwing up thier hand, and saying come get it, the owner of the shop made it his personal mission to find out the problem! It took some time because it was a weird thing, but when Fred had news, he let me know. They were more than fair with the cost. If you want lip service and fast turn-around time, go somewhere else. But if you want it done right, this is the place!

Took my 08 Jeep patriot in for an alignment, oil change and a random misfire code. They took care of everything pretty quick and for a reasonable price. My jeep is driving like new now.

I have been taking my 2005 Aveo to Tech 1 Auto for several years and couldn’t be happier with them. The service is great, the employees are knowledgeable and friendly and the costs are always explained and reasonable. I never feel that they are talking down to me because I am a woman and I don’t feel that they take advantage of the fact that I am not a “car” person. I plan on being a customer there for a long time!

UPDATE ...Fred and his crew are awesome! In June of this year I had my front brake pads replaced and the rotors turned by Tech1 (see full review). Over the next few months the front brakes seemed to be not working right. Called Tech 1 to report the problem and they had me bring the car in that morning, replaced the pads with upgraded ones and turned the rotors again. This was all at no cost under warranty and I was out the door by 1pm. Can't recommend Tech1 enough!! Honest and caring is worth the price.I was sure that I needed a brake job (front and rear). I even thought rotor replacement was in my future. I scheduled a free inspection of my brakes. The result of the inspection was that I actually did NOT need to replace my brakes and my rotors were fine. However my front pads were getting close to being at the point of needing replacement so I decided to have the front pads replaced and front rotors resurfaced since the car was already in the shop. I needed a ride home and asked for a $10 rental but instead Fred offered to have a tech drive me home and pick me up when the car was ready. I explained that I needed the car not later than 12 noon. All of my expectations were met and the service was great! Everything was explained and the car brakes much better now. This is an honest and friendly shop to take your car to. I would recommend Tech 1 Auto to anyone needing service on their vehicle.
