Fred had me come in the day I called and they did a perfect job repairing my car. These guys know what they're doing and do what needs to be done... and at a fair price. They made it simple, took care of the issues quickly and professionally, and immediately made me a new long time customer. The experience was like going back in time, when taking your car into the shop was more like getting a haircut... with confidence, care, and familiarity. I would recommend Tech1 to anyone that's trying to find that one last really good auto-shop.

Love that if you need a rental that they have an arrangement for low cost rentals. Each and every time they are up front with cost, no punches pulled here. You know what you are getting each and every time. They also will tell you what looks like you will be needing for future visits, including cost, which gives you time to budget. I really can't say enough. Quality care and great customer service! Had to leave the car for a day earlier in the year and they gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was ready, who else does that? I can go on and on, I love these guys!

I think most people feel trepidation when dealing with auto repairs but that's not the case at Tech 1 Auto, you can feel secure bringing your vehicle to Fred.

Tech 1 always gives a professional and honest assessment of what is going on with my car and what my options are. One of my vehicles is a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee with some leaking seals. The car has nearly 200K miles and they mentioned that repairs would cost more than the car was worth. There was no pressure to make the repairs. They are safety conscientious and will bring up safety issues for my consideration. The staff has always been very polite and take the time to show me issues and explain them to me in a way that I can understand.

We brought or should i say our car by Tow Truck and did not know what was wrong with it .They noted the battery cable was loose and stripped.The cost was very reasonable considering we thought it would be something very costly to repair I would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.
