I wish to address the coment's by Jason C. below. I was at Tech One when this happened and the story goes down a little differently.First, Jason was a walk-in on an extremely busy day, with other appointments waiting. The likelihood of a walk-on being seen immediately under those circumstances was slim.Tech One does not do the service Jason wanted so the receptionist was right to refer him elsewhere. She was not rude or confused and was only trying to help him undertstand that his request was not possile. She was neither rude nor dismissive.I have been a customer of Tech One for more than 30 years. I know the owner, Fred Hules, personally and he gives 110% 100% of the time. He goes the extra mile to make sure his work and that of the techs is not just acceptible but as close to perfect as possible. Tech One is a rare commodity in the auto repair business. They are honest, ethical, and dependable, working to make and keep customers, standing behind their work. I highly recommend them and their service, I will not go anywhere else, and after Jason's comment, I thought the other side of the story should be told.
