A friendly staff and honest work! Tech1 let us use a lender car for a couple of days free of charge while our vehicle was being repaired which was a nice surprise. A few days after the repairs were made, one of the staff memebers sent me a text message to check in and make sure everything was going well. The only reason I didn’t leave a five star review is because this is my first time hiring the company. Will definitely approach them if again mechanical issues occur down the road.

Early Thursday morning when my wife left for work, there was a small puddle of fluid on the floor where my wife parks her car. I called Tech1, and even though they were already booked solid, they told me to bring the car in on Friday. They found the problem (a leaking water pump), and were able to make the needed repairs the same day. Have been looking for a good auto repair shop in this area since we moved here 1 yr. ago. Finally found a wonderful place in TECH 1 AUTO. Kristi & Hunter were wonderful to deal with at the front desk & having the ride service because of the time involved for the repairs was wonderful. Prices for all the repairs were reasonable & the technicians really knew what they were doing. EXTREMELY PLEASED & will definitely recommend your business to anyone looking for a quality auto repair shop.
