What won me over was the friendliness of the staff. I spoke with a guy first, and he just had such an upbeat, positive personality. Then he transferred me to Kristen (correct name?) in the front, and she was just the sweetest thing! I didn't like having to pay for a check-up (Toyota should have offered it to me for free!), but having such nice people do my service, made it OK.
