My whole experience with tech one auto has been outstanding, From Fred the owner to Tom, Kristi, Cassie, Jared, Dave, Oscar, and Mikey the entire team is wonderful, I had a transmission replaced on my sons truck and I had brakes and a fuel service completed on my work vehicle, from the estimate to the completion everything went smooth and on time, there follow up with you after they have serviced your vehicle is just one of the ways they show there appreciation for your business and to make sure you are completely satisfied with there service, They are the only company I will be using to service all my vehicles

I noticed my wifes vehicle had no A/C and was blowing nothing but hot air. Took it to Fred and Tech 1 Auto. Turns out a rock had caused a hole in our condensor and that was the cause of the A/C going out. Had them work their magic and now her Kia Sorento has nice cold air, and in Phoenix we need that. LOL!!! Can't say enough about Fred and his staff. Professional, friendly, and go above and beyond. If you have some repairs that need to be taken care of take it to Tech 1. The best at what they do!

I am a creature of habit, I like what I like. When I found out that Tech 1 Auto had purchased Thunderbird Automotive, which I had used for years, I became very anxious. It is hard to find good , trustworthy automotive shops. After having been at Tech 1 this week, I can honestly say my anxiety is gone. I received the same great customer service and honesty that I had been acustomed to. In addition, they warranty replaced my brake pads after finding no other reason for them to be so worn. Thanks Tech 1 Auto for your great service, and piece of mind.

Took my truck in today and spoke with Tom. He made me go outside and open my hood to look at what was underneath. He could have asked me what type of engine I had and I would gladly have told him. By Tom doing this, it made me feel as though he thought I was incompetent and didn’t know my truck. All this after I’ve explained to him how I’ve done 4 flushes on my radiator in the past year...hence I need a new radiator. He promptly called and told the vendor what size my engine was and got a price. When he presented the price to me, I asked him what an Aluminum 3 Core would cost and he just looked at me and then proceeded to tell me it wouldn’t make sense to upgrade. I asked what it would cost and he didn’t understand why I was wanted to get an aluminum Radiator vs OEM 2 Core plastic radiator. He just said “ No” very very abruptly and rudely. So I explained the technical reasons for my decision and he said “ I don’t want to do your upgrade”. Now, I could walk away and say it’s because I made him feel stupid when I shared with him the technical because he didn’t comprehend the technical side or I could walk away and say it’s because I’m a young man or because I am Hispanic. Whatever the case, I would never recommend Tech 1 Auto after the way Tom treated me today. I took the time to read the reviews and trusted in the reviews. I will be going to Hal’s Radiator. The only nice thing I can say it that the front office ladies were very professional. Tom on the other hand, a rude and grumpy old man!

Excellent service and they stand behind their warranty. I've taken both of my vehicles here and have been very pleased.
