Excellent repair service! Customer service was awesome!

It was expensive but they did a great job

**change of heart read for more. I would put a 0.5 if i could but its not an option. I Sent my car to the shop recently to have it fixed with the high ratings in mind only to be released with a broken windshield that I didn't have prior and a car with all the same issues less than a few hours and 610 dollars later. I am not pleased at all with the service and if I wanted someone to replace random parts that werent the issue I honestly could have done it myself. I was looking for an expert to help us fix my vehicle. Its not fun to be taken advantage of and frankly autozone has proven to be way better at solving issues than the equiptment they have used. Hoping to speak with a supervisor or someone who can help. I've worked in customer service for years and haven't found good customer service here. EDITED UPDATE: The manager personally worked with us and we were able to talk about everything. He was great at helping us to fairly rectify every issue. They couldn't fix the windshield but ended up reducing the price and really going above and beyond to make it right. I APPRECIATE YOU. Thank you. And he really restored my faith in the company, I would work with them again.

They go the extra mile for their customers. I have used them for many years now with never any problems at all. They will inspect your vehicle and make recommendations for repairs but leave the decisions up to you. No hard sells, just very friendly and helpful staff. They have a great turn around time too. I love the staff here.
