First time customer and was very impressed by their thoroughness and work. So much so I scheduled some additional work I was planning on doing at a dealership. Will definitely return! Highly recommend.

I’ll admit I was sad when my mechanic of 12 years (Thunderbird Automotive) merged with Tech 1 Auto, because T-bird always provided me with reliable, trustworthy, efficient, and honest work. I was nervous about trusting my vehicle with Tech 1 Auto, but my fears were put to ease when I was treated like a VIP upon entering their doors. Hunter and his team were very professional, up front, and helpful when it was discovered during a routine oil change that my Ford Fusion was leaking a considerable amount of oil. Hunter contacted the dealership & warranty company to get the repairs covered for me. He saved me over $700 by working with the extended warranty company and even giving me an educator discount, which is truly appreciated. I was even provided with a courtesy vehicle free of charge while my car stayed overnight for repairs. I highly recommend Tech 1 Auto to anyone and everyone for routine maintenance such as oils/air filter changes, to major repairs like oil leaks, etc. Gold stars all around for my new mechanic, Tech 1!

Took my Hummer H3 in for service and I received top notch service from the time I walked in, to when I was told what my vehicle needed down to when I picked up my “clean” vehicle. Yes they even washed my H3. Extremely pleased with the honest, trustworthy, professional service I received. Would highly recommend to my Family and Friends.

Took my car here after another shop failed to identify where the leak in my AC was coming from. They located it so quickly and had me in and out with it running brand new and ready for summer !
