Incredible service. I was able to work with Hunter and other staff members, all were professional and informative. I felt confident knowing I was getting honest answers to all my questions. They were able to help me navigate immediate repair needs, and repairs that could wait till my next oil change without causing damage to the car. They were able to fix my car within the day, and provide a vehicle for the day for me to use. I would recommend this group to everyone!

First and foremost. This is one of the most honest, if not THE most honest shop I’ve ever experienced! I went in with what I thought was an issue (due to my research and other shops saying the same thing over the phone). Well, the issue was something completely different, something cheaper. The staff from the front desk to the mechanics were very friendly and knowledgeable! Plus the 3 year 36,000 (maybe 30,000 I don’t remember) mile nationwide warranty is amazing too! Thank you everyone!

You make an appointment for an oil change. Suddenly they have a cheerful guy who is going to drive you home. Think about it all you need is an oil change but they want to drive you home. Does that mean that they’re going to find something wrong and call you telling you that you have extensive repairs necessary. That’s what they did to my niece. She refused to accept the recommendation for new shocks when they called to update regarding the oil change. She said no and the shocks have been on her car for an additional 25,000 miles with no problems whatsoever. To get even with her for not going along with the scam they vandalized her car by putting grease marks all over the ceiling.

I felt I could trust Tech 1 auto, After using them before. So glad I did. Everyone was super nice and was willing to work with me. They didn’t overcharge and they explained everything in detail That needed to be done.

I pass 4 othrr auto business places just to get to the best tecnical workers for my auto. I hsve been going to tech1auto for almost 20 years. The best !!!!
