The customer service at this place is amazing I was driving with my daughter and I got a flat tire was stranded I walked to the nearest automotive shop as soon as I said that I had a flat tire with my daughter a gentleman went and got my car brought it back and fixed it for no charge All he was concerned about was getting me home safe with my daughter Great compassion and empathy thank you

Nice clean shop. Recently underwent office renovation and adding additional lifts in garage. People are very friendly. Full printed vehicle inspection with your visit. Prices are reasonable and they aim to please. I'll use them again.

I took my vehicle to have my ac serviced. I used a coupon for a free a/c check however it wasn't free. I was charged for the diagnostic. I ended up taking it somewhere else to have it fixed and was advised that there was no dye found from the previous diagnostic. So I was charged for something they claimed they did but didn't.

Scott's was great. They accommodated me when I needed to have my vehicle towed to them. They were able to assess and text me a report, with photos, about what needed to be done now, and what could be done down the line. Thankfully they got it all done in less than three days. Very grateful for their vehicle and customer service.

The employees are very nice and they have a lot of car knowledge. I trust them. They give you the facts and do not push you to fix things.

Walked in for a simple oil change and they act as if they did not know what they were doing. Sounded like they were even scamming an older lady on a tire. And they did not look busy and could not change my oil. Turned me away. I went to Christian brothers and for the same price got more professional service and an oil change walk in.
