Not your low end dealership. They have gone out of their way to re-brand their signage (which made the shop blend into the background of thunderbird Rd). The waiting area and customer service resembles that of a high end dealership (like Land Rover of Arrowhead). They ride you home and have loaners. I have a 2017 Land Rover which needed headlights. They have access to all sorts of OEM sights. My headlights were only 80$ and the bulb was 12$. I would have NEVER paid that at the dealership. Their special for all oil changes was 59.99$. My level 1 diagnostic was less than 100$. My full bill with labor was 498$ well worth the price And the labor was worth it, as my car was there all day and the labor was fair. It was the best 500$ I spent. They sens ypu a link to show you your costs and estimated for future work needed so you are not surprised and armed for future maintenance. Take your car there and for the lady drivers, you have the customer specialist, Nicole. She allays all your car maintenance anxiety. My new mechanic shop! Did I mention that I didn't feel robbed, hi-jinked or inundated with vehicle issues jargon. My only suggestion is to make an appt , they even send you a reminder, like the dr offices. The only thing I felt bad about was not being able to keep their well-maintained loaner car for my new vehicle replacement. (9$ filled the tank halfway). By the way, "you're welcome!" First time customer.
